We are a community of dental professionals, volunteers and donors focused on providing high quality dental care to children in need.
Led by Dr. Katelyn Pembroke as Executive Director and Presiding Dentist, our team is staffed with a dental coordinator, dental hygienist, dental assistant, office administrator, and finance manger. We are a small team with a big heart for under-served children and we work hard to provide treatment and preventative education.
We provide opportunities for those local in the area of Stuart, FL. We couldn't do what we do without our volunteers, whether that is by way of helping with photography, various fundraising events, or office admin and facility help. Small amounts of time add up to make a big difference. Please contact us if you'd like to talk about how you can help.
We are blessed to have such wonderful donors. They are among the most generous on the planet and we are incredible grateful. Light of the World Charities relies on their support. If you would like to learn more about contributing, let us say thank you in advance. You can let us know how to reach you, via our Contact Us form, or Make a Donation online.
No man is an island, and that holds true for us too. We rely on the network of organizations that provide candidate patients, and organizations that provide funding. We work closely with peer organizations to trade insights to help us all provide even better service. We welcome opportunities to tell our story with any group wanting to advance our goals.
Board of Directors
We are fortunate to have a highly qualified Board of Directors. Led by Bob Crandall, former CEO American Airlines, the board demonstrates both skill and compassion in how they work with all those involved in our mission.
We consider our patients to be part of our team. In many cases, identification of new patients happens by word-of-mouth. One of the most effective tools we have to know if we are doing a good job, is when we see the smiles of returning patients. Complete our "Request an Appointment" form if needed.
