Who We Are

We are a community of dental professionals, volunteers, and donors committed to providing quality dental care to uninsured, low-income children in need.

Professionals

Little Lights Dentistry is led by Lori Sang, Executive Director, and Dr. Macdalie St-Preux, presiding Dentist.

Our multilingual team is staffed with a dental coordinator, two Registered Dental Hygienists, two Expanded Functions Dental Assistants, and a Bookkeeper/Office Manager.

We are a small team with a big heart for underserved children. We work hard to provide treatment, oral health education, and nutritional strategies that benefit the entire family.

Volunteers

Do you want to share your time or talent to make a difference in the life of a child?

Whether you are a dental professional interested in volunteering when a staff member is out sick or on a much-needed vacation, you put the “fun” in fundraising events, or you have a skill for office administration or even facility help, we want you on our Team! Small amounts of time add up to make a big difference.

Donors

Little Lights Dentistry is blessed to have wonderful donors; they are among the most generous on the planet, and we are incredibly grateful. If you would like to learn more about becoming a donor, let us say “thank you” in advance. Please Contact Us by email so we can reach out to you, or you may Make a Donation online.

Community Partners

We can’t change the world by ourselves. Partnering with others who share our vision and values is the only way to bring about tangible change in the provision of dental care to children living in underserved communities.

By engaging families, the Martin and St. Lucie County Oral Health Coalitions, businesses, churches, schools, Board members, volunteers, and funding partners, Little Lights Dentistry seeks to create long-term trusting relationships. These relationships are the foundation for building public awareness and providing equitable access to dental care.

Little Lights Dentistry welcomes the opportunity to tell our story with any group interested in learning about or supporting our mission. Click here to learn more about our wonderful partners.

Patients

We consider our patients to be part of our team. In many cases, referrals of new patients happens by word-of-mouth; from family to family. We know we are doing a good job when we see the smiles of returning patients. To schedule an appointment for your child, please call 772-223-9781.

Board of Directors

Light of the World Charities is governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors. Led by Bob Crandall, former CEO of American Airlines, the board demonstrates commitment and compassion in their work with Little Lights Dentistry.
